    When you delete an unused email then it's moved to the Deleted Items folder in your outlook mailbox. If you want to find a deleted message, then the first place to look is the Deleted Items folder. If you find your message here then how you will recover it:

    • Step 1: Sign in to your Outlook Web App account.
    • Step 2: In your email folder list, click Deleted Items.

    • Step3: To restore a message to your inbox, right-click it, and then click Move > Inbox.
